Attorney Carla V. Garino has served clients for nearly two decades. She has significant experience in negotiation, litigation, and in handling complex jury trials. Carla obtained her Law Degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
As a founding partner at Webster & Garino LLC, Carla focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, divorce and family law, business law and litigation, and estate planning and administration.
Meet Attorney Carla V. Garino
Previously an owner of a fitness franchise, Carla offers a unique perspective to business owners to help them avoid and address potential legal issues. She also enjoys assisting individuals in following their dreams to establish new businesses and in helping clients take steps to avoid the associated legal pitfalls. Carla also provides estate planning services to help clients meet their objectives for passing on their legacies. Finally, Carla is an experienced litigator, representing both businesses and individuals in a variety of civil matters.
Carla graduated summa cum laude and with Honor’s from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, with majors in both English and Latin. She then obtained her Law Degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Carla served as an Articles Editor and Associate Member with the Indiana Law Journal and was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus, Public Interest Law Foundation, and Children’s Law Discussion Group. Carla began her legal career with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana as a Law Clerk for the Honorable David F. Hamilton, now a Judge with the Seventh Circuit.
Carla is admitted to the Indiana State Bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, Carla enjoys all topics related to health and wellness, including cooking, nutrition, and running, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Webster & Garino LLC Indiana Supreme Court Win
The Indiana Supreme Court found that forcing you to unlock your phone or electronic device for law enforcement violates your 5th Amendment right against self incrimination. On April 18, 2019, William Webster of Webster & Garino LLC argued the Indiana cell phone case before the Supreme Court of Indiana. The case, Katelin Eunjoo Seo v. State of Indiana, Trial Court Cause No. 29D01–1708–MC–5640, and Appellate Court Case Number 18S-CR-595, went up on appeal to the Supreme Court after the Court of Appeals of Indiana ruled in favor of Mr. Webster’s client, criminal defendant, Ms. Seo.
