Attorney Profile

Meet Attorney Erin Bradshaw

Erin represents clients in family law and criminal defense matters with a balanced, results-driven approach. She is a skilled litigator who is prepared to advocate aggressively when a case requires it, while also recognizing when negotiation and settlement offer the best path forward. Erin’s focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Before entering private practice, Erin served with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and insight into how cases are evaluated and prosecuted. This unique perspective allows her to anticipate challenges, develop effective legal strategies, and guide clients through complex legal issues with confidence.

Whether representing a parent in a custody dispute, a spouse in a divorce proceeding, or an individual facing criminal charges, Erin is committed to providing practical advice, responsive communication, and strong advocacy at every stage of the process.

“My goal is to provide clients with the guidance, advocacy, and support they need during some of the most challenging times in their lives.”

Why Courtroom Experience Matters

Family law cases turn on the details: the filings, the record and the preparation behind them. Erin spent her early career drafting motions and standing in the courtroom where those details decide outcomes. She brings that same preparation to divorce, support and parenting matters, whether they settle or go before a judge.
