Webster and Garino, LLC, an established general practice law firm, primarily serving Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Tipton, Boone and Marion Counties, is pleased to announce the launch of family law mediation services offered by Danica L. Eyler, Shana D. Paula, and Jacob C. Salathe.

Webster and Garino, LLC, Westfield attorneys and mediators, now offers mediation services to disputing parties and their legal counsel, primarily in family law disputes. We have renovated our new location to highlight our growing mediation department with a beautifully spacious conference room, attorney client caucus room, and a full kitchen. With multiple experienced family law mediators, scheduling is flexible and convenient.

Danica L. Eyler is a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator with significant business experience. While her practice focuses on family law, she has a considerable amount of experience and practice in business litigation, general business counsel, business sale and purchases, contract drafting and negotiating making her an ideal mediator for any family law matter involving the division of business interests. She has also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and due to the Firm’s appointment as the Hamilton County Title IV-D public defender, has significant experience with child support matters.

Shana D. Paula is an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist, a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator, and a Family Law Arbitrator. She has successfully mediated over 1500 family law cases, specializing in Department of Child Services and Children in Need of Services cases, dissolutions, and contested child custody matters. Shana looks forward to assisting you with your complicated family law issues.

Jacob C. Salathe is a Registered Domestic Mediator and graduate of the Maurer School of Law. Jacob was a mediator and mentor in Maurer’s Family and Children Mediation Clinic where he mediated dissolutions, paternity cases, and contested adoptions. Jacob’s mediation work in the Clinic led to him being awarded the Julia Lamber Award for outstanding performance in a clinical program.
